April has been a registered nurse at St. Elizabeth Hospital for six years and has a growing passion for oncology. April earned her bachelor’s degree at Marian university in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. She looks forward to building trusting relationships with her patients.
What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my family, going up north to my family's cottage, reading, hunting and fishing.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
I love building trusting relationships with my patients and their families.
Where did you grow up/where is your family from?
I originally grew up in Pound, Wisconsin.
What is the hottest trend in your industry?
I would say my field is a hot trend. Navigation is becoming an important part of improving a patients experience and letting them feel in charge of their care.
