What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
I spend my free time keeping up with my three kids by attending school and sporting events. As a family we enjoy camping, boating and skiing. I also love to spend time reading.
What is your favorite thing about your job?
The people! I love getting to know my patients and their families. It is very rewarding to help patients during their cancer treatment path. I am also blessed to work with many fantastic individuals who work as a team to care for our patients. They are all very skilled and strive to provide the best care possible to our patients.
Where did you grow up/where is your family from?
I grew up in Oshkosh but spent time in Illinois and Madison while attending college.
If you weren’t in health care, what would your dream job be?
This is a hard question because I knew I wanted to be a nurse since I was very little! If I had to choose another occupation it would involve a combination of travel and teaching (I love doing both).
