How many of you open your mail to see an EOB from your insurance carrier, while scratching your head trying to make sense out of the document you hold in your hand? Trust me, you are not alone.

It is important if you do not understand your healthcare benefits to contact the Customer Service Department for your health plan. This should be listed in your handbook as well as on the back of your health insurance card.
